I now have a trellis for my tomatos and beans. So it is all just about ready for planting....after I sit down and work out what I want where.
I had to go to Bunnings to get a new set of gloves as I killed the other ones... I just about had to get kids gloves. Why cant they stock smaller than med-large! Idjits!
I think Hubs is glad all the major work is over.
I do still have to clean the area up a little. Hubs wants to put pavers or sleepers dug inbetween the beds for me to walk on, I don't mind grass when it eventually grows. We will see....its not like I need it now!!
I received the last of the seeds I purchased on ebay today, but need to order just a couple more.
I have been sleeping well tho with all the work we have been doing......and the shed is so warm to sit in when needing a break.
Oh and my dog has been a good girl too and not digging anything up. So I treated her with a new/old blanket, her kennel is a bit chilly (she does have a bed) so I went to the op shop and picked her up a second hand onkaparinga blanket. and the best part was its a queen size and it cost me $2.
I had to grab a few groceries today and wanted some tomatos, I purchased some truss tomatos, and nearly fell over with the price! $9.99 a kilo. I bought 3, and left it at that. I think I will be a bit of a stinge with the fruit and vege if its that dear, and hope mine grow really quickly. :)
