Progress..My Garden is growing good, its loving all this rain and sunshine. I have peas, snow peas, lettuce and radish growing vigorously, and also some strawberries I transplanted into the garden beds.
I have planted shallots, quite a few different varieties of tomatos, romas/cherry/sputnik/snow white/and some zebra's. I also bought today some gorgeous gerberas and some new square hanging pots for them.
I am trying to make use of every bit of available space I have.

Up the back there is a rusted out old wheelbarrow, that I threw a bit of wood in the bottom, then my Aunt gave me a heap of plastic and clay pots..so herbs will grow in them. the end bed near the wheelbarrow has my shallots/carrots/radish and lettuce in. Then the middle bad has peas at one end and strawberries at the other end. and the 1st bed has nothing yet, but will have my beans and whatever I decide eventually to put in.

The tomatos are all planted out in the buckets except for the one near the greenhouse, it has snowpeas in it. the front clay pots have lemon balm, basil, and um, something...lol, the clay pot near the foam box has allysum in. the foam box has nothing yet. and there is a chili hiding behind the trellis there.

and this last pic, besides the dogs arse scooting out of the vege patch...is a double tiered foam box I made for the 13 yr old to grow her own stuffs... and 2 pots also. above the foam box are my gerberas I got today. so all in all it was a productive day even if the weather was woeful.
We also last weekend extended our bbq area with the pavers from the vege garden section as I didnt want them in there.

So hopefully lots of summer bbq'ing straight from the garden.
